Hi there, I'm Brooke Morrill.
I photograph for clients who need creative content, editorial work, or are looking for commercial photography. I'm known for crafting photo projects out of food or painting people. I love creating photos that show the world in a new light, and helping others portray their story how they imagined.
I’ve produced shoots as an assistant photo editor at NYU Langone Medical Center, been a photographer's assistant on large commercial shoots, photographer and photo editor for the UVU Review, and interned at Uncommon Goods and Maine Media Workshops.
When I'm not busy shooting photos, you can find me listening to podcasts, dancing in my kitchen, or running outdoors. I recently moved from Brooklyn, New York back to my homeland of Utah; partly because the people I love are here, and because I wanted to focus on my passion for creative photography full time. Follow me on Instagram or Facebook so we can be friends.
If you're dying to know more, here are five things you might not know about me.
1. I graduated with a BFA in Photography and a Minor in Art History.
2. Oreos are my weakness.
3. My favorite abstract artist is Magritte.
4. My sister and I love cat memes, and are convinced the other will turn into an old cat woman.
5. Sandy Skoglund is my hero, and inspires me to create surreal, hand-crafted photographs.
Still here? Let's connect.
